The Process

The Flow from Accepting Technical Interns to Their Return Home

01
Application for acceptance and job-request registration

Once acceptance of technical interns (hiring quota, etc.) is decided, please apply to our company. At the application stage we provide a "job request form" for entering employment conditions. Based on those conditions, we promptly conduct recruitment in Thailand and select outstanding candidates. Most of our candidates come from northeastern and northern Thailand; a key strength is that many interns are diligent, patient, and sincere in character. They adapt easily to Japan's working environment and culture, and have consistently received high praise from many host companies.

02
Candidate recruitment and selection

Using partner educational institutions (high schools, vocational colleges, universities, etc.) and our own network, we recruit outstanding candidates in Thailand who match the conditions. We regularly hold recruitment activities at educational institutions, and referrals (relatives and friends) from interns who completed training with us are also common.

Interview sessions (in Thailand or online)

In addition to face-to-face interviews in Thailand, we also support online interviews. Through document screening, written and physical tests, and interviews, character and aptitude are assessed and successful candidates are decided.

Pre-entry training (4 months)

At our affiliated Japanese language school, education centers on Japanese language study along with the basics of Japanese culture, daily life, and technical terminology — developing interns who can adapt to their workplace and life in Japan as quickly as possible after assignment. During the training period we also proceed with the documents to be submitted to the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT) and the Thai embassy, and other procedures required for visa applications.

Entry into Japan

After completing all procedures and the pre-departure orientation, the technical interns depart for Japan. For smooth entry, we also provide local registration support for the various online procedures now required when entering Japan (such as Visit Japan Web).

Assignment and start of technical training

After completing post-entry training, the interns are assigned to their host organizations and begin on-site technical training. Throughout the training period we continue to provide support in cooperation with the supervising organization, including online meetings and periodic visits.

Completion of training and return home

Interns who complete the prescribed training period return to Thailand, aiming to contribute to local industrial development using the technology and experience gained in Japan. For host organizations with local subsidiaries in Thailand, we provide support for the local hiring and employment of returnees. Furthermore, when returnees resume working in Japan using residence statuses such as Specified Skilled Worker, our company flexibly supports the transition to the next step.
