JYT Projects — タイと日本のかけはしに

The Technical Intern Training Program for foreign nationals is a system in which Japanese industry accepts the next generation of talent from abroad for a set period to learn Japan's outstanding technology and knowledge — nurturing people who will support the economic development of their home countries. The program's purpose is Japan's "international contribution."

Our company works to be a strong bridge between Japanese companies and the Kingdom of Thailand, one of Southeast Asia's most remarkably developing nations. Under rigorous selection criteria we recruit highly motivated candidates and promote high-quality education and a dispatch system for technical interns, with a view to their growth in Japan and success after returning home.

About the Technical Intern Training Program for Foreign Nationals

The Technical Intern Training Program for foreign nationals is a mechanism whose purpose is "international contribution": enabling the next generation of talent from other countries to learn Japan's outstanding technology and knowledge and grow into leaders who support the economic development of their home countries.

Use of this program brings solid significance and benefits to the technical interns, Thai industry, and the host companies in Japan, as follows:

(1) Career advancement for the interns themselves: acquiring advanced skills through training in Japan, improving their working life after returning home and advancing their careers with local companies.

(2) Contribution to Thai industry and companies: after returning home, interns apply the know-how in quality control, cost awareness, labor practices, and productivity gained in Japan, leading the improvement and development of local business activities.

(3) Revitalization of host companies in Japan: welcoming motivated young technical interns not only energizes the organization and internationalizes management, but also leads to future overseas expansion and stronger networks with local companies.
